My grandmother was adopted by George & Annie Sell. We know her biological mothers name was Nora Kelley (Ebling - married name) from Scottdale, Westmoreland Co., PA. Records state that my grandmother was born in Cumberland Maryland and we assume she was adopted out from there, but not positive. Records say her biological fathers last name was Hollis. That is all we known.
