I am looking for my sister! At birth her name was Samantha. I believe she was born in Baltimore, MD. We also have an older brother. She was adopted I believe in 92 or 93, and our biological mother told us she was adopted into a military family that was stationed in turkey not long after her adoption. I am not 100% sure on the date of birth but I am 99% sure it was August 1988.
