I’m looking for a half brother who I just found out about, 2 weeks before my mother’s passing on 4/1/18. She said she named the baby Russell Howard (no middle name). Of course, the adoptive family most likely renamed him. She was at the Florence Crittenton Home for Unwed Mothers in Washington DC up until his birth on 11/09/59. My mom said that an adoption agency in Rockville, MD handled the adoption. She thinks the adoptive family lived in NY. The biological father was a lawyer, and she was 19.
