I’m trying to find my sister Teaonna Danielle Boyce. She was born with severe cerebral palsy. When she was a child she was being treated at Mt. Washington children’s hospital in Baltimore Maryland. My mother was convinced by the medical team there to sign over her parental rights. My mom was able to see her again back in august of 2006 but soon after Teaonna was assigned a new social worker and contact was lost again I’ve been trying to find her since 2019 and haven’t had any success. My mom just recently passed from lung cancer in April and in her last moments all she asked me to is find my sister and I promised her I would. I pray that Teaonna is still alive and well I could get to see my sister again. The last time I physically saw her was in 1993
