I am looking for my younger brother D'Angelo who was adopted in Landover‚ Maryland in 2002-2003 when he was an infant by a Caucasian couple from Kansas. Our mother is Filipino‚ his father is Black. I believe he was around 6 months old at the time of the adoption. Unfortunately‚ I don't have any other useful information and I'm not sure what day or month he was actually born.
