My name is Amanda and I’m looking for my mother’s birth parents. She does not know many details. What I do know is that she was born on January 3‚ 1963 at 2:46am in Baltimore City‚ MD. I’m not 100% sure what hospital she was born in‚ but my guesses would be either Harbor Hospital (previously South Baltimore Hospital) or St. Agnes Hospital. Her adoptive parents were Daniel and Phyllis Arrington‚ both of whom are now deceased. My mother’s name at birth was Elizabeth Lavelle Arrington. Unfortunately this is all the information I currently have based off of her birth certificate.
