I was born 11-17-57, in Havre D Grace, Hartford County, MD at a Catholic Community Center (I think). I’m trying to locate my birth parents. I believe my birth mother was 17 years old at the time of my birth. I was legally adopted in Feb 1960, by Ralph C. Brown and Irene B. Brown (both, now deceased). My DNA is registered with Ancestry.com. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!!!
