Name on the newborn baby boy’s hospital wrist band was "Merilee Harris" at a Washington D. C. hospital. Baby boy was delivered to the adoptive parents parked on the street 4 days after birth by a lawyer. Adoptive military parents moved away from the area with the boy before the adoption process had been completed and subsequently returned in 1970 where the adopted father was assigned by the U. S. Navy to the National Security Agency. The legal adoption took place before a judge, I think in the State of Maryland.
