My Grandmother Ellen Beatrice died in 2002. Her maiden name was Sutch. She had always fostered children and adopted one child over the years‚ even though she had 2 biological children. We did not find out until she died‚ that she was adopted herself by Emily J Crooks Sutch. Therefore we have no idea or connection to her birth family or others that may be related to us. We now know Sutch was her adoptive family’s name‚ not her biological family name. We would love to honor her memory‚ and her heart for adoption by learning more about her biological family.
