I was told my adoption was not legal. I am not sure if it was or not. I just want...correction, need...to find the truth. Please help if you can. I grew up in Maryland, as far back as I can remember. When I was five, my "mother" went to Kentucky, along with another person and claimed they lied on the affidavit to obtain an affidavit of birth so I could be put in school. Both her and the other person are passed away. I have no idea where to look. So I am trying this.
