I was adopted from St. Anne's Center for Children in Chevy Chase‚ Maryland and had been in contact with sister Anne Bader. She referred me to Sandy at the Barker foundation but at the time I was not in a position to pay to obtain information. My sister said I was adopted when I was between 1 and 2 years old.
