I believe we were watched by our paternal grandfather Clay Calvin Netzer, and aunt Deritha Carter in baltimore until we were put into foster care in 1990. Our biological Sister Eudora Netzer and I are in contact and she has cystic fibrosis age 29. James Netzer and Jessica are also siblings I have contact with. We were picked up by Department of social services in Branson Mo 1990. I am 31 have my own Painting business and looking for closure/ peace of mind with my birth mother.
