My father was born October 2‚ 1967 named Jonathan O’Connell‚ he was taken to foster parents on October 6‚ 1967 straight from the hospital. I am not sure what hospital he was born at and I do not know his foster parents names. The adoption occurred in Prince George’s County Maryland when he was about a year old. His name was later changed to Scott Taylor (unknown when)
