I was born at Malcolm Grow Hospital on Andrews Air Force Base Maryland. My moms name is Kathy. I go by my middle name Lynn. Our last name was Smith before she married my adoptive father I was told at the time of my birth even though my mom was only 15 that my father was 18 or 19. A few years ago as my mom’s health was failing she told me my biological father’s name was James McMahan (I’m guessing at the spelling of his last name) She said he hadn’t seen me since I was a few months old and I’ve been given several different stories as to why. None of them where from lack of effort on his part. She claimed he moved to North Carolina when I was very young. She also claimed at the time she gave me his name that he was deceased. My mother passed away also a year ago. I have an amazing man that adopted me and he will always be my Daddy but I not only have a father of flesh and blood but a whole other family (grandparents‚ aunts‚ uncles and possibly siblings I would so love to meet.
