My current name is Christopher Weil, but I know my birth name was Kevin Grant. I was born in Balriomre, MD and was in Cumberland MD until I was officially adopted and brought to PA. the details I have are sketchy at best, so I have little to offer. The adoption took place about 40 years ago as of 2011. If possible, I would really like to meet my birth parents if possible, or at least have some leads to who they are.
