Looking for any family member. I was told I had a younger sister that was maybe1 year behind me but not sure. I have blonde hair n blue eyes if you could remember me from that also told father had same n not sure about my mom. I was born at Hagerstown, Maryland hospital in Washington county. My case was turned over to Washington county services which they have all my info about my mom but can’t give it to me. They said they sent a letter at lay known address but nothing in return.
