Hi My name is Dee. I am looking for 2 family members who were adopted. (Boys/Brothers). The oldest of the two (Birthname) Dion Owens born in 1993 I believe in September. and the youngest Anthony Scarborough who was born in 1995. I tried locating them before various times with a Department of Social Services employee who was aware of the case. The last information that I recieved was that they were adopted together out of the foster care system and was living in OHIO. Another time before this I was told that it was Texas. Ohio being the latter. (2-3) years ago. Also I was made aware that their could have been a possible name change since they were adopted so young. Moms name is Doretha Sharon Scarborough.
