I was adopted in silverspring‚ Maryland at Holy Cross Hospital‚ Dr. Fe. A. Adolphus‚ by a family last name of Jackson. I was premature 2 1/2 pounds and was taken to children’s hospital in Washington‚ DC stayed for 4 month’s after birth. I just received my original birth certificate which states that it is an amended birth certificate. I hope this information will help. Thank you!
