I was adopted in Baltimore County‚ MD Dec 1968. The adoption was finalized August 1969. My parents (adopted) were Edward and Mary Smith. I lived in Dundalk until I was 7 at which time Mom and I moved to Virginia. My dad was a Baltimore County detective. They were also foster parents to many children.
