Looking for my half sister that was given up by our Mom. Believe this took place in a hospital near Mt Airy MD. My Mom’s name is Willa Ruth Howard. We lived with my uncle Lawrence McCord. I believe her birth year was either 1966 or 1967. Maybe in the spring. I was just in 5th grade at the time. I would love to have any word from her or who knew her. I have always wanted a sister. I am so anxious to hear that her childhood was great. I am 63 yrs old so I am very sure that finding her will be a joyous occasion on my part.
