I was born in Baltimore/ Towson ... perhaps St. Joseph’s either September 24th (what my adoptive parents were told) or the 25th (what I got when I bought non-identifying information from C.Charities). I was told mother was at home for unwed mothers (St. Vincent’s) for short time but I’m not positive of that. Catholic Charities said that my parents were supposedly around 15-17 years of age, that I have Greek and Syrian heritage and that there may have been a bakery or some sort of store in the Baltimore area owned by one of the families. I believe my birth mother may have had a sister and I think she may have gone into a religiously-affiliated profession (again, not positive). UPDATE 7/2016: Through recent DNA testing, I have found that I have 30% Italian ancestry with a grandparent likely from Italy and great-grandparents likely from the Lebanon area. I may be associated with the surnames of Gilman, McKim, Isabella or Warthen. Please send a message if you think that there is any chance of a connection.
