I essentially have no information regarding my birth mother or father. I was told by my adopted parents they were advised my bio mom was young when she had me (15/16)‚ that she intended to come back for me and that is why parental rights were not relinquished. I was adopted in Maryland by my foster parents once the statute of limitations ran for abandonment. I am on Ancestry.
