I am looking for my birth parents. I was born in Arlington‚ Va on 3/11/1963. My birth name was Jeffery Smith (Smith was common back then!) according to the adoption papers. I was told that my father worked in the pentagon and my mother and him were not married‚ but he was. I was adopted in Prince William County in either Maryland or Virginia. I lived in Bowie‚ Md at the time of adoption.
