I was born in Baltimore‚ Maryland on March 27th‚ 1957‚ adopted from Catholic Charities in May‚ 1957. All I know about my birth mother is she had been in a tuberculosis hospital as an adult. I was her fourth child. The first‚ a girl‚ she gave up for adoption. The next‚ a boy‚ was given to the either the maternal/paternal grandparents to raise. The next‚ a boy‚ was also given to the maternal/paternal to be raised. I have no idea how many other children she had. All I know about my biological father is he is of Jewish descent‚ and I believed worked as a mechanic‚ perhaps. For seven years I have been on Ancestry. Com‚ but not have any success finding a connection. I have reason that some of my relatives were killed by the Nazi’s in WWII.
