I’m looking for my half sister that was born in 1995 in Baltimore, Maryland. The birth mothers name was Carla and the adoptive parents lived on Solomons Island, Maryland and could not have children and I believe one was a teacher and the other was a doctor or in some branch of the military. Her name was Christinia and I’m not sure the month or day she was born. But I do not think it was in the winter or fall, leaning toward spring or summer.
