For health background reasons I am looking for the woman who is my birth mother. I was born in Maryland, USA in the afternoon of August 18th, 1991. My birth mother was young, probably early 20’s, and I was born in what is PG county. I think Laurel. I am not 100%. I was adopted by a couple by the name of Richard & Victoria. During the adoption process, my adoptive parents had to push my adoption through court, because there was an inability to contact my birth father. I want to know my mother. I was told I am an exact copy of her.
