I am looking for an older brother of mine my mother had at 16 years of age‚ around 1965 ish and I am unsure of the date. My mother’s maiden name was Norma Dale Waters. She passed on February 19th 2025. Her son got adopted out when she was young and I think his birth name was “David” but is possibly knows as “Robert” now. I was quite young when I heard about this so I’m unsure of bigger details.
