My sister and I are looking for our half-sibling or siblings. Our mother, Beverley June Varney gave birth to one and possibly two children before we were born. She probably had one baby in Toronto and the other in Winnipeg. Both children were given up for adoption. We think one of the babies was a boy named Christopher. We know the father was black - possibly Jamaican or from another Caribbean country. We are not sure but think if there was a second baby it was a girl. Our mom married our father in 1961, so the births probably took place between 1955-1960. Our mother passed away in 2005. We wish we had asked her more about these pregnancies and adoptions.
