I was born in the Women’s Hospital in Winnipeg‚ Manitoba on September 21‚ 1977. At birth my birth mother named me DAWN SHELLEY at birth‚ my adoptive parents did change my name when they received me. My birth parents apparently decided together it was in my best interest to put me up for adoption so I could have a life they couldn’t provide.
