I am looking for my fathers birth parents or any family members. His name was Robert J Orr and his adopting parents were James and Esther Orr. He was born in Windsor Ontario but the family was in Manitoba and i’m not sure where they lived when they adopted him. He passed away in Bedford NS in 1996
