Patrick Sean Mills was delivered by Dr. McTavish at the Concordia General Hospital on Desalaberry‚ in Winnipeg on October 1‚ 1969. He was circumcised in hospital and got an infection from the procedure therefore was unable to be adopted at birth. He was in a Winnipeg Foster Home through Children's Aid until January or February of 1970 when he was finally adopted. I have a cherished photo of him in his foster home at age 3-4 months of age.
