I am searching for my brother who was born when I was 8‚ I believe that would make his birthday in 82 or 83. I recall the weather was spring to early fall. The time he was born my last name was Mernett‚ so was the mothers. Deborah Ann Mernett. She remarried and our last names changed to Blackburn. This is really just on the wings of a prayer this somehow finds him. Ive been missing you for 42 years. Im 50 now.
