My husband Scott Seeley was born in Maine on September 05, 1959, his birth mom is Una Mae Seeley. He was adopted by his uncle James L Seeley and wife Melva Seeley. He does not know the birth father. Una has passed away. There were several siblings , all had different fathers. We are not sure of what hospital he was born, his birth certificate says Lisbon Falls Maine.
