My sons name at birth was Patrick Timothy James Morrow. He was adopted with his sister, who born in 2001. Patrick was born in Gainesville, Florida at Shands Hospital. The agency involved in the adoption was The State of Maine Children and Family Services in Sanford, Maine. At the time of the adoption, I was told both my children were adopted together, however I am not 100% sure if that was true. The case worker on the case was Laurie Ann Witney. I was supposed to of had an open adoption where I could still be in contact, however the case worker stated that she felt it was best if I didnt and would not give me the letter the adoptive parents had written to me. The last time I saw my children was October 16, 2004. Patrick was 5 and his sister was one month shy of being 3. The foster parents names were Trisha and Jack.
