I am looking for my niece. Birth father is my brother Harry Schreiner and birth mother Linda Hefner Schreiner. Born in the spring of 1969 or 1970 in Germany. Harry Schreiner was in the US Army. Harry is from the Philadelphia Pa Area. I know this adoptee was looking for her parents and spoke to my mother Loretta S Schreiner on the phone. My mother has died and told me this prior to her death she had old timers and could tell me details. My brother and Linda refuses to give any information and has told this girl not to contact them. I feel the adopted girl is an adult now and so am I and she has a right to know who she is and medical information or anything she would like to know.
