My mother Frances Mae Plunkett born 4/7/1946 gave birth to a girl she named Vicky at the Charity Hospital in New Orleans La. I believe between 1959-1961. Mother was in a Wayward home for girls in Ringo La while pregnant, and they took her to New Orleans Charity Hospital to have the baby. Vicky had a middle name I believe was Rena, So im thinking she was Vicky Rena Plunkett.
