Birth parents are Lena McElveen & Christopher Tynes. Madilyn (sp?) was born in Covington, Louisiana (I think) around September 2008, but her parents were from Bogalusa which is where she went home to. She was only with them for about a month when she was supposedly taken because of medical neglect. Her parents were on drugs anyway, but that’s ultimately why they lost her for good. I think she was adopted to a family in or around Tangipahoa Parish. She is my step son’s younger sister. Madilyn has a full-blooded sister who was born a couple years later. Her name was Mileyanna (sp?). She wasn’t expected to live longer than 6 months I think because her brain was too big for her skull or something that was caused by prenatal drug use. From what I heard she lived a lot longer than she was supposed to, but I’m not sure if she’s still alive. I think there should be a such thing as siblings rights. When I called DCFS I was told "confidentiality prevented me getting any information". I hope to find my baby’s siblings. He’s been cheated out of enough and he wants to know them, too. He also has a younger brother called Grayson when he was born. He has the same mother as these 2, but father is Kirt Perry. From my understanding, he was adopted by Kirt’s sister or some other of his family. He was born around 2015.
