Trying to locate any relatives of my father. He was born in New Orleans thru the Volunteers of America’s Home for Unwed Mothers. Adopted in August of 1962. Only info provided was mother was young and said father of child had passed unexpectedly due to "an accident" and she couldn’t keep the child. Father listed as having been a geologist‚ with an older sister. Mother listed as being 6 months pregnant when came to the Mother’s home and also having an older sister. My father was listed as Baby Boy H or James on forms.
