I am a private investigator hired to help a gentleman find his sister that was placed for adoption in New Orleans‚ Louisiana before he was born. Her birth name is Schwanda Brown and she was born at Touro on April 20‚1979. The birth mother’s name was Wanda Brown. She was an african american from New Orleans‚ Louisiana. His sister was put up for adoption through the Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans at about 1-2 months old. We are not sure where the actual adoption took place. We do know that she was at St. Vincent’s infant home prior to adoption.
