I was born Steven Anthony at Charity Hospital New Orleans on April 18, 1967 at 3:15am. I was adopted from Catholic Charities of New Orleans on October 4,1967. CHoNO informed me that I have two half sisters one born November 1964 and one november1965. My birth mother had seven brothers and six sisters. My birth mother was 23 years old, African American, 5’4" and 130lbs. She had natural wavy dark brown hair, dark brown eyes, fair complexion and a widow with 3 children (1 son born November 1963) and was Catholic. My birth father was 19 years old, African American, 6’2", 148lbs, black curly hair brown eyes and medium brown complexion. He was a construction worker that liked to play football and basketball and was Baptist. No names were provided.
