I was born on August 27th 1962 my birth certificate was not signed till 04/14/1969 by my adoption father not mother Raymond Edward Moore from Arkansas. His wife my adoption mother on the adoption birth certificate is Linda Marie Richard from Louisiana. He was 25 and she was 20 at the time. Adoption mother address was Route 1 Box 516 A Sulphur Louisiana and Route 1 Box 33 A Dequincy Louisiana. My place of birth says Lake Charles Louisiana. My adoption parents died and never told me the truth and was very abusive as a child and disowned me at 19. I am now 60 with wonderful grandsons and hoping to find my real family.
