I am the youngest of that I know three adopted children with one Samantha Bertrand kept. The sister I am looking for is named Miranda and I believe her last name is bird or Byrd. I do not know where she was adopted from but I do know she was born at clear lake regional hospital in Clark lake‚ Texas. My name is Maddi Dill I was officially adopted 6 months to the day of my birthday. I was born February 2nd 2004. The other two known sibling is Jessica viator now married with the last name skunkwiler who was adopted by our biological grandmother. She was born the same day I was I am just unsure of the year. The other sibling is Samantha Bertrand who was kept by our biological mother. Our bio mothers name is Nicole Bertrand and she will not tell us anything about Miranda and simply states she doesn’t remember.
