Birth parents were Mickey Johnson and James (Jim) Edward Wray Jr. Jim (my dad) and Miki were both from Springfield‚ MO where they attended high school together. James was in college at Tulane in New Orleans at the time of the birth. Mickey went to a place for unwed mothers called Sellers Maternity Home for Unwed Mothers in New Orleans to give birth‚ which was run by a Baptist church. My father is James‚ who is now deceased. I also was able to make contact with Mickey‚ who has also tried to find her daughter. My dad was sad about this and didn’t talk about it. My siblings and I have always wanted to find our half sister.
