I am searching for my mother’s biological mother. We have tried about 17 years ago and were unsuccessful. It would be great to find her and it would answer many questions to some health issues. Some information I have is as follows. My mother was born at Woman’s Hospital in Baton Rouge, LA on October 8, 1971. Dr. Raiburn was the doctor that performed the birth. The adoption attorney was Donald Mills in Baton Rouge, LA and Judge Pugh preside over the hearing. My grandfather seems to think he saw a file that said "baby Lawrence". My biological grandmother is most likely around 60 years old.
