I was born August 4 1987 at approximately 3:15 PM. My mother was 22 not sure about my father. I was born in Shreveport Louisiana in the Caddo parish County. I was born at LSU. All I really know is that my parents decided to give me up for adoption because marriage was not possible. The only information I have is medical history. I believe I was given up as soon as I was born. My biological parents did not name me. From the records I do have my mother loved to dance. I received my original birth certificate and it has the name “Regina Butler” as my biological mother. I really would love to connect with her.
