Im looking for my paternal grandmother on behalf of my dad.the woman’s names was Ruth Ann sprankle or spankle.my dad was born Sep 21,1961 I believe in new Orleans Louisiana.but the mother was known to be in Alabama as well.but also his brother and sister were also given up as well.the 3 kids were all adopted to one family.my dads brother timothy Romero was born Sep 16th ,1960 and my aunt Rebecca was born probably 1958-1959.can you please help me find info on there birth mother and father if possible?
