Possibly delivered in Slidell‚ Pearl River‚ Pontchartrain‚ Braithwaite or Lacombe‚ Louisiana. The intended adoptive parents‚ for reasons unknown‚ backed out of their contract and did not take the child. The child was African American and Caucasian.
