Hi, I am searching for my wife birth mother. My wife’s maiden name is Joy Hogan and she was born in Baton Rouge. She was taken in by a church and lived with multiple families for the first 6 months of her life. Eventually, a family adopted her but they went back and changed her birth certificate to reflect themselves as birth parents.
