I am looking for my grandson that I never met. I believe he was born in Oct 2005. Fred Houston Belcher Jr was the adoption attorney in Baton Rouge LA. Mothers name was Magon Coe. His father is Italian also born in Baton Rouge but passed away in 2016 and his name was not on birth certificate. This child may be living in Texas and I’m thinking around 17 years old. He was adopted by a elder couple. I was told he had brown curly hair at birth. Please contact me if you think you could be or know this person.
