My son was born 6.18.99 by a white lady who lived out of state. She named him Steven. I guess he was baby boy smith in the hospital. My last name is Smith. I was 18yrs old at the time. It took place at University Hospital in New Orleans Louisiana. He was born with a skin tag on his ear. His adoptive mother had several other mixed adoptees . Please help me locate him
